What are the dates of the trip?
June 26- 29, 2025. However, you can change your dates of stay to arrive early or stay later.

Are there only two room options?
No, there are 6 options of rooms at the resort. I just included the two least expensive rooms. Other room categories can be added for a guest if they would like.

Will the room rates be different if a guest adds additional nights?

Yes. The longer you stay, the rate per person increases.

Is this trip limited to just LU Alum?

No. It's open to all LU Alum and any guest that they would like to bring.

How will the flights be handled?

Everyone will book their own flights. Once confirmed, they will send to me to arrange shuttle transfers to and from the resort.

Are deposits and payments refundable?

Yes. If you purchase Travel Insurance, it will ensure you receive Full Credit Card Refund, outside of the cost of insurance, back to your credit card if you decide to cancel.

How many travelers are needed to ensure the trip is not cancelled?
None. The trip will take place if only one additional room is booked.  If a guest has any concerns about a possible cancelation of their room, as we never know what may happen, I highly suggest adding Travel Protection to their reservation. That way, they can get a refund for all monies paid over the deposit.

Will there be any group activities during the trip?
Yes, we are working on few group activities to be included in our agenda. We will also share excursions being offered in the area, too.

Are rates available for guests who prefer a room with just a single guest? Yes, absolutely. Single rates and rooms are available.

What other money will be needed once I pay for my trip?
Great question! Once you pay for your room, no additional fees needed on my end. I would suggest to have money on hand to tip people that assist you at the airport and at the resort. Excursions, Spas, Souvenirs and other activities will require an additional fees.

Is there any flexibility with the payment due dates?

Yes and No. Initial booking and deposit requested due date is October 10th, however, you can book anytime up until the final payment due date. Keep in mind, the room category you prefer may not be available and full payment will be due if booking close to the final due date.

The final payment due date of April 4th, is not flexible. Payment will be due by this date.

Flight due date of May 5th, can be pushed back a week or so, if needed by guest.
