Candidates and Timeline
Elected officer positions include President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. There are also two four-year Alumni Trustee positions open. All positions serve on the Alumni Council, which is the all-volunteer governing body that advises and guides the Alumni Association of Lincoln University, PA on programs and initiatives, and helps to shape and influence the policies and direction of the Alumni Association.

Nominations & Elections FAQs Who can be a candidate in the Alumni Association election? All candidates for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, or Alumni Trustee of the Alumni Association must be current in their financial responsibilities with the AALU-PA, including a local chapter or at-large membership, at all times during their tenure in office. Shall be bondable and qualified to be named on all financial accounts, in the case of an office so requiring it; Shall not be an employee of the University; Shall not hold the office of President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary with financial responsibilities in a local chapter, and in the case of a Trustee, they shall not hold a National office. Who is eligible to vote in the AALU-PA election? All financial members of the AALU-PA are entitled to vote. Their dues must be paid by January 31, 2025. No exceptions.What are the duties of Officers and Alumni Trustees?
